"Angle Barcelona: A Refined Symphony of Technique, Creativity, and Elegance Tucked inside the stylish confines of Hotel Cram in Barcelona. Angle Barcelona offers far more than a Michelin-starred meal. With its blend of avant-garde artistry and rooted Catalan tradition, dining at Angle is not simply eating; it's a gastronomic immersion. The interior is sleek and serene, draped in neutral tones and punctuated with natural wood and soft lighting. With generous spacing between tables and thoughtfully curated acoustics, we felt both private and connected to the quiet energy of the room. Their openings, Mojito Cloud is a frozen puff of mint that dissolves on the tongue like perfumed mist. It awakens the palate Their fish menu, a fillet of perfectly cooked Galician hake is steamed inside a glass dome infused with lemongrass and ginger. Accompanied by razor clams, celeriac, caviar, and marine plankton, the dish is full with umami and aromatic finesse. Even the bread service is elevated: three artisan butters (salted, smoked, and citrus-infused) paired with warm, crusty breads. I’ve heard that we can bring the bread home if you couldn’t finish it and they will be more than happy to do so. The front-of-house team at Angle operates with graceful invisibility — always present, never intrusive. Every plate is introduced with passion and clarity. The pacing is impeccable, and every diner is made to feel seen, valued, and relaxed — the mark of truly world-class service. Angle offers a journey that’s worth every step — a place where food becomes memory."

"It was a great experience and journey of tasteful dishes. If you choose wine catalog as well, then you have also good pairs per food and sweet options. Chef created delicious meals for you to enjoy. "Fantastic tasting dinner. Creative and beautiful dishes with excellent taste bud experiences. Lost count of all dishes and paired wines, but around 14-15 dishes over 3,5 hours. The menue included a few too many desserts towards the end, and I left the restaurant with a bit of a sugar rush. Recommend if you have a long lunch or evening to spare for fine dining."

"All dishes were extremely fresh and delicious starting in the reception area and continuing upstairs at our table was a nice touch. The only minor issue was that the restroom door lock wasn’t working. Overall a wonderful dining experience."

"We discovered this restaurant through friends. They only offer a tasting menu, and it’s absolutely worth it! First, the apéritif is served on the ground floor, then the amuse-bouches at the bar, followed by the next 10+ exquisite small dishes upstairs. It’s a three-hour culinary experience! Everything is perfect: the food, the attentive service, and the ambiance. Highly recommended. Thank you, Angle team!"

"(This is my subjective opinion. The rating refers to the expectations one might have of a restaurant in this category. +/0/– should be self-explanatory) The experience begins right behind the entrance at a small show-kitchen. The chef has a minor mishap during her first attempt at preparation, and both appetizers are unspectacular in taste - but delicious (-) Upstairs in the restaurant, the welcome continues with squid, mackerel, and scallops. The mackerel looks wonderful, but slightly overpowers the other ingredients (-), the other two seafood dishes are wonderful. The squid has a perfect texture and is brilliantly seasoned, and the scallops are even better, with the passion fruit providing a great contrast (both +) The first course is a Fois Gras praline with a corn taco. At first, the taco did not deliver the desired flavor, but the taste lingered in the mouth for an incredibly long time (0). Next: The presentation is very interesting and the flavor of the strawberry gazpacho foam with cheese and seasonal vegetables is very balanced (0+) The carabinero (scarlet shrimp) is excellent in terms of texture and taste — there are hardly any side dishes or decorations here, which is a good decision. The crustacean speaks for itself (+). The next course is exciting and not just for show — the fish is cooked at the table in front of my eyes for 7 minutes — I really like that... even if it is perhaps a bit of a gimmick – in the end, it's the taste that counts – unfortunately, style over substance here – the fish has hardly any flavor, the mussels are a little rubbery, and the celery cream and caviar unfortunately don't make up for it (-) Back on track with the eggplant cannelloni – perhaps a little lukewarm – but interesting in terms of flavor and a good contrast in textures with the grilled meat (0). The duck is also impressive – although the meat was a little cool again – definitely cooler than the decoration/sauces (0) The pre-dessert was wonderful – a savory crunch with fresh lemon and – very interesting – olive oil sorbet (+). The meal ended with a chocolate composition – even though it was enriched with pecans and ganache, the flavor was one-sidedly chocolatey – a fruity note could have provided some variety here (-) I have no experience with Spanish service (so far); Angle is professional but not warm, perhaps partly due to the language barrier. The value of the meal is really good, and I must also highlight the creative non-alcoholic accompaniments —individually delicious and well-matched. The whole experience is very quick, which is something I have also experienced at other restaurants in Spain. A little more time between courses wouldn't have hurt, but it's better than waiting too long. Recommended."

"Absolutely incredible — the service, setting, and food were fantastic. Every dietary restriction was handled with grace and this was easily our best meal in Spain. As someone who has been luck enough to have visited a number of Michelin star restaurants I can say that this is one of the best I’ve had fhebplease of enjoying. 5 stars."
